PhotosEvents lets an event organizer ("Organizer") create an event and receive a unique link and QR code. Guests can scan the code and upload photos directly from their phone without creating an account. Organizers can view, download, and manage uploaded photos from their dashboard.

You must provide accurate information when creating an Organizer account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an Organizer account.

Guests may upload photos to an event without creating an account. By uploading a photo, a guest represents that they own the photo or otherwise have the right to share it, and that the photo does not violate any third party's rights (including privacy and intellectual property rights) or any applicable law.

Organizers are responsible for informing their guests about how uploaded photos will be used, stored, and shared, and for obtaining any consents required under applicable law before collecting photos of guests.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant PhotosEvents a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that photo solely to operate and provide the Service to the Organizer and guests of the relevant event.

We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them for advertising or sell them to third parties.

You agree not to upload or share content through the Service that:

• Is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit
• Infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Contains malware or any code intended to disrupt the Service
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity

We may remove content or suspend access for violations of this section.

PhotosEvents offers a Free plan (currently 1 event, up to 50 photos per event, and 1 year of photo storage) and a Pro plan (currently unlimited events, up to 1,000 photos per event, and photos stored indefinitely while your Pro subscription or promotional access remains active). Plan limits and features are described on our pricing and upgrade pages and may change over time.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Promotional pricing (including any free-trial or limited-time offer) is subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and may be changed or discontinued for future signups.

Photos uploaded to a Free plan event are automatically and permanently deleted approximately 1 year after upload. Photos belonging to an Organizer on the Pro plan are retained for as long as the Pro plan remains active. If a Pro account is downgraded or canceled, standard Free plan retention rules apply going forward.

We are not responsible for photos lost due to expiration of the retention period, account cancellation, or an Organizer's failure to download photos before deletion. We recommend downloading your event's photos before they are removed.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that uploaded photos will never be lost, corrupted, or delayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotosEvents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including photos and account data, and forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
